Where the records live

Records required for that content under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the appropriate producer or custodian of records.

LiveJasmin states that models on its domain were at least 18 at the time of photography and that proof of age is held by the listed custodian of records, organized by producer. For LiveJasmin-hosted streams and supplied media, see LiveJasmin's 18 U.S.C. § 2257 compliance statement. Studio-produced material is the responsibility of that studio.

LJStats does not maintain those age-verification records and is not their custodian.

What this site adds

LJStats adds tracker data and presentation, including status, schedules, graphs, history, and related copy. Those elements are not visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct under § 2257.
