DMCA Policy

If you own copyright in material that appears on LJStats, or are authorized to act for the owner, send a complete notice through Contact. Cam model listing removal uses a separate process.

What this page is for

LJStats is a LiveJasmin model tracker. It shows stats, schedules, graphs, partner-supplied photos, and embedded live streams.

This policy is for copyright owners or authorized representatives who believe material displayed on LJStats infringes copyright. Cam model listing removal is a separate process. Use the model removal guide.

Partner content

LJStats does not claim ownership of third-party photos, live streams, or other media supplied through LiveJasmin/AWE. If the material appears only on the cam site, the notice should go to that cam site instead. If a copy or display appears on this tracker, LJStats may remove or disable it in response to a valid notice.

How to send a notice

Send a written notice through Contact. A complete notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • The exact LJStats URL where the material appears
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner

Incomplete notices may not be acted on. Do not send a notice unless you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner.

What happens next

If the notice is complete, LJStats may remove or disable access to the material and, when appropriate, notify the user who provided it. That is not an admission that infringement occurred.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through Contact. Include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of a United States federal district court (or, if you are outside the United States, any district where LJStats may be found)
  • Acceptance of service of process from the original complainant or that person's agent

Repeat infringement

LJStats may stop providing the service to anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
